39 When they had done everything that the Law of the Lord required, they returned to Galilee, to their own town of Nazareth.
40 And the child grew up and became strong and thoughtful, with God's blessing resting on him.
41 His parents used to go to Jerusalem every year at the Passover Festival.
42 And when he was twelve years old, they went up as usual to the festival and made their customary stay.
