31 And take no koper/atonement for the soul of a murderer who is wicked unto death: and in deathifying, deathify him.
32 And take no koper/atonement for him who flees to the city of his refuge, to return to settle in the land until the death of the priest.
33 And profane not the land wherein you are; for blood profanes the land: and you cannot kapar/atone the land for the blood poured therein, except by the blood of him who poured it.
34 Foul not the land wherein you settle in whose midst I tabernacle: I -Yah Veh tabernacle among the sons of Yisra El.
