3 A man - any man of the house of Yisra El who slaughters ox or lamb or goat inside the camp, or who slaughters outside the camp,
4 and brings it not to the opening of the tent of the congregation, to oblate a qorban to Yah Veh at the face of the tabernacle of Yah Veh; blood fabricates to that man - he poured blood; and that man is cut off from among his people
