I word to you, Unless one is birthed of water and of the Spirit he cannot enter the sovereigndom of Elohim: ⁶ that birthed of the flesh is flesh; and that birthed of the Spirit is spirit: ⁷ marvel not that I say to you, you need to be birthed from above. ⁸ The Spirit puffs where he wills and you hear his voice; but know not whence it comes and where it goes: thus is everyone birthed of the Spirit.
