THE ETERNAL LOVE OF YAH VEH
At the same time, - an oracle of Yah Veh I become Elohim of all the families of Yisra El, and they become my people. 2 Thus says Yah Veh, The people, the survivors of the sword find charism in the wilderness; Yisra El, when I go to rest him. 3 Yah Veh is seen by me in the distance, Yes, I love you with an eternal love: so with lovingkindness I draw you: 4 in building, I build you again, O virgin of Yisra El: adorn you again with your tambourines and you come forth in the round dancing of entertainers: 5 again, you plant vines on the mountains of Shomeron: the planters plant and profane. 6 For there is a day, that the guards call out on the mount Ephrayim, Rise, and we ascend to Siyon to Yah Veh our Elohim. 7 For thus says Yah Veh: Shout with cheerfulness for Yaaqov and resound among the chief of the goyim: hearken, praise, and say, O Yah Veh, save your people, the survivors of Yisra El. 8 Behold, I bring them from the north land, and gather them from the flanks of the land; the blind and the lame the woman with child and she who births together among them: a great congregation returns there: 9 they come with weeping; and with supplications I lead them: I walk them by the wadies of waters in a straight way wherein they falter not: for I am a father to Yisra El and Ephrayim is my firstbirthed. 10 Hear the word of Yah Veh, O you goyim! And tell it in the islands afar off, and say, He who winnows Yisra El gathers him and guards him as a tender to his drove. 11 For Yah Veh redeems Yaaqov - redeems him from the hand stronger than his: 12 and they come and shout in the height of Siyon; and flow together to the goodness of Yah Veh for crop and for juice and for oil and for the sons of the flock and of the herd: and their soul becomes as a saturated garden; and they add not to languish. 13 Then the virgin cheers in the round dancing - both youths and elders together for I turn their mourning into rejoicing, and sigh over them and cheer them from their grief: 14 and I satiate the soul of the priests with fatness and satisfy my people with my goodness - an oracle of Yah Veh. 15 Thus says Yah Veh: A voice is heard in Ramah - lamentation; weeping of bitterness: Rachel weeping for her sons refuses to sigh for her sons, because they are not. 16 Thus says Yah Veh: Withhold your voice from weeping and your eyes from tears: there is a hire for your deeds - an oracle of Yah Veh and they return from the land of the enemy. 17 And there is hope in your end - an oracle of Yah Veh that your sons return to their own border. 18 In hearing, I hear Ephrayim wagging over himself; You disciplined me - disciplined me as a calf not trained: return me, and I return; for you are Yah Veh my Elohim. 19 Surely after I returned, I sighed; and after I was instructed, I slapped my flank: I shamed, yes, even confounded, because I bore the reproach of my youth. 20 Is Ephrayim my esteemed son? A child of delights? For since I worded sufficient against him, in remembering, I remember him still: so my inwards trouble for him; In mercying, I mercy him - an oracle of Yah Veh. 21 Station monuments! Set pillars! Set your heart toward the highway in the way you go! Return, O virgin of Yisra El! Return to these your cities! 22 How long go you about, O you apostate daughter? for Yah Veh creates newness in the earth; a female surrounds the mighty. 23 Thus says Yah Veh Sabaoth Elohim of Yisra El: They still say this word in the land of Yah Hudah and in the cities, when I restore their captivity; Yah Veh bless you, O habitation of rest of justness, mountain of holiness. 24 And settling in Yah Hudah and in all the cities together are cultivators and they who go forth with droves. 25 For I satiate the languid soul, and I fill full every languishing soul. 26 On this I waken, and see; and my sleep pleases me. 27 Behold, days come, - an oracle of Yah Veh that I seed the house of Yisra El and the house of Yah Hudah with the seed of humanity and with the seed of animal. 28 And so be it, as I watched over them to uproot and to break down and to demolish and to destroy and to vilify, thus I watch over them to build and to plant - an oracle of Yah Veh. 29 In those days, they say no more, The fathers eat sour grapes, and the teeth of the sons are dull. 30 But every man dies for his own perversity: all humanity who eat the sour grape, dulls his teeth. 31
YAH VEH CUTS A NEW COVENANT
Behold, days come, - an oracle of Yah Veh that I cut a new covenant with the house of Yisra El and with the house of Yah Hudah: 32 not according to the covenant I cut with their fathers in the day I held them by the hand to bring them from the land of Misrayim - my covenant which they broke, although I was their master - an oracle of Yah Veh: 33 For this is the covenant I cut with the house of Yisra El: After those days, - an oracle of Yah Veh I give my torah in their inwards and inscribe it in their hearts; and I become their Elohim and they become my people: 34 and no more teaches every man his friend, and every man his brother, saying, Know Yah Veh! For they all know me - from the least of them to the greatest of them - an oracle of Yah Veh for I forgive their perversity and I remember their sin no more. 35 Thus says Yah Veh who gives the sun for a light by day and the statutes of the moon and of the stars for a light by night: who splits the sea when the waves roar; Yah Veh Sabaoth is his name: 36 If those statutes depart from my face - an oracle of Yah Veh then the seed of Yisra El also shabbathizes from being a goyim at my face all days. 37 Thus says Yah Veh: If you measure the heavens above, and probe the foundations of the earth below, I also spurn all the seed of Yisra El for all they worked - an oracle of Yah Veh. 38
THE NEW CITY
Behold, days come, - an oracle of Yah Veh that the city to Yah Veh is built from the tower of Hanan El to the portal of the corner: 39 and the measuring line goes forth in front of it to the hill Gareb; and surrounds Goah. 40 And the whole valley of the carcases and of the fat and all the fields to the wadi of Qidron to the corner of the horse portal toward the rising are holy to Yah Veh - neither uprooted nor thrown down any more eternally.

THE NEW CITY
