2 - the earth being waste and void with darkness upon the face of the abyss: and the Spirit of Elohim broods on the face of the waters.
DAY ONE
3 And Elohim says, Light, be! - and light becomes. 4 And Elohim sees the light is good: and Elohim separates between the light and between the darkness: 5 and Elohim calls the light Day and he calls the darkness Night: and evening becomes and morning becomes day first.
DAY TWO
6 And Elohim says, Expanse, be midst the waters - to separate the waters from the waters! 7 And Elohim works the expanse and separates the waters under the expanse from the waters above the expanse - and so be it: 8 and Elohim calls the expanse, Heavens: and evening becomes and morning becomes day two.
DAY THREE
9 And Elohim says, Waters under the heavens, congregate unto one place! And dry, be seen! - and so be it. 10 And Elohim calls the dry, Earth; and he calls the congregating of the waters, Seas: and Elohim sees it is good.
