ECB⁽ⁱ⁾ ¹⁶ I live - an oracle of Adonay Yah Veh in the place of the sovereign who has him reign - whose oath he despises and whose covenant he breaks, dies he not with him midst Babel? ¹⁷ Not even Paroh with his great valiant and great congregation works for him in the war by pouring mounds, and building battering towers to cut off many souls: ¹⁸ seeing he despises the oath by breaking the covenant, and behold, he gives his hand to work all these; he escapes not. ¹⁹ So thus says Adonay Yah Veh: I live! My oath that he despises, and my covenant that he breaks, give I not on his own head? ²⁰ And I spread my net on him and apprehend him in my lure; and I bring him to Babel, and there I plead with him for the treason he treasons against me:
