21 and the people took of the spoil - of the flock and oxen, the firstlings of the devoted, to sacrifice to Yah Veh your Elohim in Gilgal.
22 And Shemu El says, Delights Yah Veh in holocausts and sacrifices as much as in hearing the voice of Yah Veh? Behold, hearing is better than sacrificing; and hearkening, than the fat of rams.
23 For rebellion is the sin of divination and stubbornness, mischief and teraphim: because you refuse the word of Yah Veh he also refuses you from being sovereign.
