Zechariah 1:12-17 Then the messenger of Yahweh is answering and saying, Yahweh of hosts, till when wilt You not have compassion on Jerusalem and the cities of Judah, which You do menace these seventy years?

CLV⁽ⁱ⁾ ¹² Then the messenger of Yahweh is answering and saying, Yahweh of hosts, till when wilt You not have compassion on Jerusalem and the cities of Judah, which You do menace these seventy years? ¹³ And Yahweh of hosts is answering the messenger who is speaking with me, with good words, comforting words." ¹⁴ And the messenger who is speaking with me is saying to me, Call, saying, Thus says Yahweh of hosts:I am jealous for Jerusalem, and for Zion with a great jealousy, ¹⁵ and with great wrath am I wroth over the nations that are tranquil. When I was a little wroth, then they helped toward the evil." ¹⁶ Therefore thus says Yahweh:I return to Jerusalem with compassions; My house shall be built in it, (averring is Yahweh of hosts), and a tape shall be stretched out on Jerusalem." ¹⁷ And the messenger who is speaking with me is saying to me, Again, call, saying, Thus says Yahweh of hosts:My cities shall again overflow from the good; and Yahweh shall comfort Zion further, and He shall still choose Jerusalem."
