BLB⁽ⁱ⁾ ⁵ Then Jesus, having lifted up the eyes and having seen that a great crowd is coming to Him, says to Philip, “From where shall we buy bread that these might eat?” ⁶ Now He was saying this testing him, for He knew what He was about to do. ⁷ Philip answered Him, “Two hundred denarii worth of loaves are not sufficient for them, that each might receive one little piece.” ⁸ One of His disciples, Andrew, the brother of Simon Peter, says to Him, ⁹ “Here is a little boy who has five barley loaves and two small fish, but what are these for so many?”
