18 Truly, truly, I say to you, when you were younger, you dressed yourself and walked where you desired; but when you shall be old, you will stretch forth your hands, and another will dress you and will bring you where you do not desire.”
19 Now He said this signifying by what death he will glorify God. And having said this, He says to him, “Follow Me.”
20 Having turned, Peter sees the disciple whom Jesus loved following, the one who also had reclined on His bosom at the supper and said, “Lord, who is it who is betraying You?”
21 Therefore having seen him, Peter says to Jesus, “Lord, and what about this man?”
22 Jesus says to him, “If I desire him to remain until I come, what is it to you? You follow Me!”
