John 21:18-22

NSB(i) 18 »Truly, truly, I tell you, when you were young you dressed yourself and walked wherever you wanted. But when you become old, you stretch out your hands and another dresses you, and carries you where you do not want to go.« 19 Now this he spoke, signifying by what manner of death he should glorify God. After he spoke he said: »Follow me.« 20 Peter, turning about, saw the disciple whom Jesus loved following. He is the one who also leaned back on his breast at the supper, and said,« Lord, who is he that betrays you?« 21 Seeing this Peter said to Jesus: Lord, what shall this man do? 22 Jesus said: »If it is my will that he stay until I come, what is that to you? You follow me.«
