Matthew 24:43 ἐκεῖνο (This) δὲ (then) γινώσκετε (know), ὅτι (that) εἰ (if) ᾔδει (had known) ὁ (the) οἰκοδεσπότης (master of the house) ποίᾳ (in what) φυλακῇ (time of night) ὁ (the) κλέπτης (thief) ἔρχεται (comes), ἐγρηγόρησεν (he would have watched) ἂν (-) καὶ (and) οὐκ (not) ἂν (-) εἴασεν (have allowed) διορυχθῆναι (to be broken into) τὴν (the) οἰκίαν (house) αὐτοῦ (of him).
