Ezra 6:8-18 Moreover I make a decree what you shall do to the elders of these Jews for the building of this house of God: that of the king’s goods, even of the tribute beyond the river, immediately expenses be given to these men, that they be not hindered.

9 H2818 And that which they have need H1123 of, both young H8450 bullocks, H1798 and rams, H563 and lambs, H5928 for the burnt H426 offerings of the God H8065 of heaven, H2591 wheat, H4416 salt, H2562 wine, H4887 and oil, H3983 according to the appointment H3549 of the priests H1768 which H3390 are at Jerusalem, H3052 let it be given H3118 them day H3118 by day H7960 without fail:
