Deuteronomy 14:22-29 You shall truly tithe all the increase of your seed, that the field brings forth year by year.

23 H398 And you shall eat H6440 before H3068 the LORD H430 your God, H4725 in the place H834 which H977 he shall choose H7931 to place H8034 his name H8033 there, H4643 the tithe H1715 of your corn, H8492 of your wine, H3323 and of your oil, H1062 and the firstborn H1241 of your herds H6629 and of your flocks; H3925 that you may learn H3372 to fear H3068 the LORD H430 your God H3605 always. 24 H3588 And if H1870 the way H7235 be too long H3201 for you, so that you are not able H5375 to carry H3588 it; or if H4725 the place H7368 be too far H834 from you, which H3068 the LORD H430 your God H977 shall choose H7760 to set H8034 his name H8033 there, H3588 when H3068 the LORD H430 your God H1288 has blessed you:

25 H5414 Then shall you turn H3701 it into money, H6887 and bind H3701 up the money H3027 in your hand, H1980 and shall go H4725 to the place H834 which H3068 the LORD H430 your God H977 shall choose:

26 H5414 And you shall bestow H3701 that money H3605 for whatever H834 H5315 your soul H183 lusts H1241 after, for oxen, H6629 or for sheep, H3196 or for wine, H7941 or for strong drink, H3605 or for whatever H834 H5315 your soul H7592 desires: H398 and you shall eat H8033 there H6440 before H3068 the LORD H430 your God, H8055 and you shall rejoice, H1004 you, and your household,

27 H3881 And the Levite H8179 that is within your gates; H5800 you shall not forsake H369 him; for he has no H2506 part H5159 nor inheritance with you.

28 H7097 At the end H7969 of three H8141 years H3318 you shall bring H3318 forth H3605 all H4643 the tithe H8393 of your increase H1931 the same H8141 year, H3240 and shall lay H8179 it up within your gates:

29 H3881 And the Levite, H3588 (because H369 he has no H2506 part H5159 nor inheritance H1616 with you,) and the stranger, H3490 and the fatherless, H490 and the widow, H834 which H8179 are within your gates, H935 shall come, H398 and shall eat H7646 and be satisfied; H3068 that the LORD H430 your God H1288 may bless H3605 you in all H4639 the work H3027 of your hand H834 which H6213 you do.
