Mark 7:18-20 And he says to them: Are ye so without understanding also? Do ye not perceive, that whatever from without enters into the man can not defile him?

Do ye not perceive, that whatever from without enters into the man can not defile him? ¹⁹ Because it enters not into his heart, but into the belly, and goes out into the drain, cleansing all food. ²⁰ And he said: That which comes out of the man, that defiles the man.
