Matthew 20:17-22

Worsley(i) 17 And as Jesus was going up to Jerusalem, He took the twelve disciples apart in the way, and said unto them, Behold we are going up to Jerusalem, 18 and the son of man shall be delivered to the chief priests and scribes, and they shall condemn Him to death, 19 and deliver Him up to the gentiles, to insult, and to scourge, and to crucify Him. But on the third day He shall rise again. 20 Then the mother of Zebedee's sons came to Him, together with her two sons, falling down before Him, and presenting a petition to Him. 21 And He said unto her, What dost thou desire? She saith unto Him, Grant that these my two sons may sit, one on thy right hand, and the other on the left in thy kingdom. 22 But Jesus answered and said, Ye know not what ye ask: are ye able to drink of the cup which I am going to drink of, and to be baptized with the baptism that I am baptized with?
