¹⁹ And He said unto them, What things? And they replied, Those concerning Jesus of Nazareth, who was a prophet powerful both in work and word before God and all the people:

¹¹ And the people answered, This is Jesus the prophet, from Nazareth in Galilee.

²⁴ and he cried out, saying, Let us alone, what have we to do with thee, Jesus of Nazareth? art thou come to destroy us? I know thee, who thou art, the holy one of God.

¹⁶ And an awe seized them all, and they glorified God, saying, a great prophet is risen up among us, and God hath visited his people.

² who came to Jesus by night, and said unto Him, Rabbi, we know that thou art a teacher come from God: for none can do these miracles which thou dost, unless God be with him.

¹⁹ The woman saith unto Him, Sir, I perceive that thou art a prophet.

¹⁴ Therefore the people when they had seen the miracle that Jesus wrought, said, this is certainly the Prophet who was to come into the world.

⁴⁰ Many of the people therefore, when they heard this discourse, said, This is in truth a prophet. ⁴¹ Others said, This is the Messiah. But some said, Shall the Messiah come out of Galilee? ⁴² Hath not the Scripture said, that Christ cometh of the seed of David, and from Bethlehem, the town whence David was.

⁵² They replied, Art thou also of Galilee? Search and see: for out of Galilee ariseth no prophet.

²² Ye men of Israel, hear these words; Jesus of Nazareth, a man approved of God among you, by miracles, and prodigies, and signs, which God wrought by Him in the midst of you,

²² And Moses was trained up in all the wisdom of the Egyptians: and he was mighty in words, and in deeds.

³⁸ how God anointed Him with the holy Spirit and with power: who went about doing good, and healing all that were oppressed by the devil: for God was with Him.
