Remove all the fat from the tail and the fat that covers the internal organs. 10 and the two kidneys with the suet on them and on the loin and the lobe of the liver with the kidneys 11 "'The priest must burn the offering on the altar. It is food, an offering by fire to the LORD. 12 "'If his offering is a goat, then he shall offer it before the LORD: 13 He shall lay his hand on its head, and kill it before the Tent of Meeting; and the sons of Aaron shall sprinkle its blood around on the altar. 14 And he shall offer of it a burnt-offering to the Lord, even the fat that covers the belly, and all the fat that is on the belly. 15 "'Also the two kidneys with the fat that is on them, which is on the loins, and the lobe of the liver, which he will remove with the kidneys. 16 The priest shall burn them on the altar: it is the food of the offering made by fire, for a pleasant aroma; all the fat is the LORD's. 17 This is a lasting statute for your generations in all your dwellings: you must not eat any fat or any blood.'"

Leviticus 7:11-18

11 "'These are the instructions for the fellowship offering that you must bring to the LORD. 12 If he offer to give thanks, he shall bring unto his thank offering: sweet cakes mingled with oil and sweet wafers anointed with oil, and cakes mingled with oil of fine flour fried, 13 He shall offer his offering with the sacrifice of his peace offerings for thanksgiving with cakes of leavened bread. 14 "'He will present one of every offering as a contribution to the LORD. It will belong to the priest who sprinkles the blood of the peace offerings. 15 The flesh of the sacrifice of his peace offerings for thanksgiving shall be eaten on the day of his offering. He shall not leave any of it until the morning. 16 "'If the sacrifice of his offering is a votive or a freewill offering, it shall be eaten on the day that he offers his sacrifice as well as on the next day. 17 And what is left of the flesh of the sacrifice till the third day shall be burned with fire. 18 If any of the meat of the sacrifice of his peace offerings is eaten on the third day, it will not be accepted, and it shall not be credited to him who offers it. It will be an abomination, and the soul who eats any of it will bear his iniquity.
