²¹ But we trusted that it was he who would redeem Israel: and beside all this, today is the third day since these things happened.

⁶⁸ Blessed is the Lord God of Israel; for he has visited and redeemed his people,

³⁸ And coming at that hour she also gave thanks to the Lord, and spoke of him to all those who looked for the redemption of Jerusalem.

⁶ When they had come together, they asked him, saying, Lord, will you at this time restore the kingdom to Israel?
