⁸ Who is the King of glory? Jehovah strong and mighty; Jehovah mighty in battle.

³ Jehovah is a man of war. Jehovah is his name.

³ Gird your sword upon your thigh, O mighty one, your glory and your majesty. ⁴ And in your majesty ride on prosperously because of truth and gentleness and righteousness. And your right hand will teach you awesome things.
⁵ Your arrows are sharp. The peoples fall under you. They are in the heart of the king's enemies.
⁶ Your throne, O God, is everlasting and forever. A scepter of straightness is the scepter of your kingdom.

¹ The Mighty One, God, Jehovah, has spoken and called the earth from the rising of the sun to the going down of it.

³ There he broke the arrows of the bow, the shield and the sword and the battle. Selah.
⁴ You are more glorious and excellent than the mountains of prey.

¹ Jehovah reigns! He is clothed with majesty. Jehovah is clothed with strength; he has girded himself with it.
The world also is established that it cannot be shaken.

⁶ For to us a child is born, to us a son is given. And the government will be upon his shoulder. And his name will be called Wonderful, Counselor, Mighty God, Father of Eternity, Prince of Peace.

²⁴ In that day Israel will be the third with Egypt and with Assyria, a blessing in the midst of the earth, ²⁵ in that Jehovah of hosts has blessed them, saying, Egypt my people is blessed and Assyria the work of my hands and Israel my inheritance.

¹ Who is this who comes from Edom, with dyed garments from Bozrah, this who is glorious in his apparel, marching in the greatness of his strength? I who speak in righteousness, mighty to save.
