¹ And again He entered into Capernaum after some days. And it was heard that He was in a house.

¹ And entering into the boat, He passed over and came to His own city.

⁴⁵ But going out he began to proclaim much, and to spread about the matter, so that He no longer could openly enter into a city. But He was outside in deserted places. And they came to Him from every quarter.

²⁴ And rising up from there, he went away into the borders of Tyre and Sidon. And entering into the house, He desired no one to know, but He could not be hidden.

¹⁸ And, behold, men carrying on a cot a man who was paralyzed. And they sought to bring him in, and to lay him before Him.

³⁵ And it happened as He drew near to Jericho, a certain blind one sat by the highway, begging. ³⁶ And a crowd passing through, he asked what this might be. ³⁷ And they reported to him that Jesus the Nazarene is passing by. ³⁸ And he cried out, saying, Jesus, son of David, pity me!

⁴⁷ Hearing that Jesus was coming from Judea into Galilee, this one went out to Him and asked Him that He would come and heal his son, for he was about to die.

⁶ But this sound occurring, the multitude came together and were confounded, because they each heard them speaking in his own dialect.
