¹ Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ:

²¹ For what pleasure has he in his house after him, when the number of his months is cut off in the midst?

⁸ I will hear what God the LORD will speak: for he will speak peace unto his people, and to his saints: but let them not turn again to folly. ⁹ Surely his salvation is near those that fear him; that glory may dwell in our land. ¹⁰ Mercy and truth are met together; righteousness and peace have kissed each other.

⁶ Pray for the peace of Jerusalem: they shall prosper that love you.

⁵ Or let him take hold of my strength, that he may make peace with me; and he shall make peace with me.

¹⁷ And the work of righteousness shall be peace; and the effect of righteousness quietness and assurance forever.

¹³ And all your children shall be taught of the LORD; and great shall be the peace of your children.

¹² For you shall go out with joy, and be led forth with peace: the mountains and the hills shall break forth before you into singing, and all the trees of the field shall clap their hands.

¹⁹ I create the fruit of the lips; Peace, peace to him that is far off, and to him that is near, says the LORD; and I will heal him. ²⁰ But the wicked are like the troubled sea, when it cannot rest, whose waters cast up mire and dirt. ²¹ There is no peace, says my God, to the wicked.

⁴ Behold, his soul which is proud is not upright in him: but the just shall live by his faith.

¹³ Even he shall build the temple of the LORD; and he shall bear the glory, and shall sit and rule upon his throne; and he shall be a priest upon his throne: and the counsel of peace shall be between them both.

¹⁴ Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace, good will toward men.

⁵ And into whatsoever house you enter, first say, Peace be to this house. ⁶ And if the son of peace be there, your peace shall rest upon it: if not, it shall turn to you again.

³⁸ Saying, Blessed be the King that comes in the name of the Lord: peace in heaven, and glory in the highest.

⁴² Saying, If you had known, even you, at least in this your day, the things which belong unto your peace! but now they are hid from your eyes.

¹⁶ For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believes in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. ¹⁷ For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved. ¹⁸ He that believes on him is not condemned: but he that believes not is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.

²⁴ Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that hears my word, and believes on him that sent me, has everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation; but is passed from death unto life.

²⁷ Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world gives, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.

³³ These things I have spoken unto you, that in me you might have peace. In the world you shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world.

³¹ But these are written, that you might believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God; and that believing you might have life through his name.

³⁶ The word which God sent unto the children of Israel, preaching peace by Jesus Christ: (he is Lord of all:)

³⁸ Be it known unto you therefore, men and brethren, that through this man is preached unto you the forgiveness of sins: ³⁹ And by him all that believe are justified from all things, from which you could not be justified by the law of Moses.

⁷ To all that be in Rome, beloved of God, called to be saints: Grace to you and peace from God our Father, and the Lord Jesus Christ.

¹⁷ For in it is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, The just shall live by faith.

²² Even the righteousness of God which is by faith in Jesus Christ unto all and upon all them that believe: for there is no difference:

²⁶ To declare, I say, at this time his righteousness: that he might be just, and the justifier of him who believes in Jesus. ²⁷ Where is boasting then? It is excluded. By what law? of works? Nay: but by the law of faith. ²⁸ Therefore we conclude that a man is justified by faith without the deeds of the law.

³⁰ Seeing it is one God, who shall justify the circumcision by faith, and uncircumcision through faith.

⁵ But to him that works not, but believes on him that justifies the ungodly, his faith is counted for righteousness.

²⁴ But for us also, to whom it shall be imputed, if we believe on him that raised up Jesus our Lord from the dead; ²⁵ Who was delivered for our offenses, and was raised again for our justification.

⁹ Much more then, being now justified by his blood, we shall be saved from wrath through him. ¹⁰ For if, when we were enemies, we were reconciled to God by the death of his Son, much more, being reconciled, we shall be saved by his life.

¹⁸ Therefore as by the offense of one judgment came upon all men to condemnation; even so by the righteousness of one the free gift came upon all men unto justification of life.

²³ For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.

³⁰ What shall we say then? That the Gentiles, who followed not after righteousness, have attained to righteousness, even the righteousness which is of faith.

¹⁰ For with the heart man believes unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.

¹⁵ And how shall they preach, except they be sent? as it is written, How beautiful are the feet of them that preach the gospel of peace, and bring glad tidings of good things!

¹⁷ For the kingdom of God is not food and drink; but righteousness, and peace, and joy in the Holy Spirit.

¹³ Now the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that you may abound in hope, through the power of the Holy Spirit.

³³ Now the God of peace be with you all. Amen.

¹⁸ And all things are of God, who has reconciled us to himself by Jesus Christ, and has given to us the ministry of reconciliation; ¹⁹ That is, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them; and has committed unto us the word of reconciliation. ²⁰ Now then we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God did beseech you by us: we pray you on Christ's behalf, be reconciled to God.

¹⁶ Knowing that a man is not justified by the works of the law, but by the faith of Jesus Christ, even we have believed in Jesus Christ, that we might be justified by the faith of Christ, and not by the works of the law: for by the works of the law shall no flesh be justified.

¹¹ But that no man is justified by the law in the sight of God, it is evident: for, The just shall live by faith. ¹² And the law is not of faith: but, The man that does them shall live in them. ¹³ Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us: for it is written, Cursed is every one that hangs on a tree: ¹⁴ That the blessing of Abraham might come on the Gentiles through Jesus Christ; that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith.

²⁵ But after faith is come, we are no longer under a schoolmaster.

⁴ Christ is become of no effect unto you, whosoever of you are justified by the law; you are fallen from grace. ⁵ For we through the Spirit wait for the hope of righteousness by faith. ⁶ For in Jesus Christ neither circumcision avails anything, nor uncircumcision; but faith which works by love.

⁷ That in the ages to come he might show the exceeding riches of his grace in his kindness toward us through Christ Jesus.

¹⁴ For he is our peace, who has made both one, and has broken down the middle wall of partition between us; ¹⁵ Having abolished in his flesh the enmity, even the law of commandments contained in ordinances; to make in himself of two one new man, so making peace; ¹⁶ And that he might reconcile both unto God in one body by the cross, having slain the enmity thereby: ¹⁷ And came and preached peace to you who were afar off, and to them that were near.

⁹ And be found in him, not having my own righteousness, which is of the law, but that which is through the faith of Christ, the righteousness which is of God by faith:

²⁰ And, having made peace through the blood of his cross, by him to reconcile all things unto himself; by him, I say, whether they be things in earth, or things in heaven.

¹⁵ And let the peace of God rule in your hearts, to which also you are called in one body; and be thankful.

²³ And the very God of peace sanctify you wholly; and I pray God your whole spirit and soul and body be preserved blameless unto the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.

¹⁶ Now the Lord of peace himself give you peace always by all means. The Lord be with you all.

²⁰ Now the God of peace, that brought again from the dead our Lord Jesus, that great shepherd of the sheep, through the blood of the everlasting covenant,

²³ And the scripture was fulfilled which says, Abraham believed God, and it was imputed unto him for righteousness: and he was called the Friend of God. ²⁴ You see then how that by works a man is justified, and not by faith only. ²⁵ Likewise also was not Rahab the harlot justified by works, when she had received the messengers, and had sent them out another way? ²⁶ For as the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without works is dead also.
