¹ And he saide vnto them, Verely I say vnto you, that there be some of them that stande here, which shall not taste of death till they haue seene the kingdome of God come with power.

²⁸ Verely I say vnto you, there bee some of them that stande here, which shall not taste of death, till they haue seene the Sonne of man come in his kingdome.

³⁰ And then shall appeare the signe of the Sonne of man in heauen: and then shall all the kinreds of the earth mourne, and they shall see the Sonne of man come in the cloudes of heauen with power and great glorie.

³¹ And when the Sonne of man commeth in his glory, and all the holy Angels with him, then shall he sit vpon the throne of his glorie,

²⁶ And then shall they see the Sonne of man comming in ye cloudes, with great power and glory.

³⁰ Verely I say vnto you, that this generation shall not passe, till all these things be done.

²⁶ And it was declared to him from God by the holy Ghost, that he shoulde not see death, before he had seene that Anointed of the Lord.

²⁷ And I tell you of a suretie, there be some standing here, which shall not taste of death, till they haue seene the kingdome of God.

³⁰ That ye may eate, and drinke at my table in my kingdome, and sit on seates, and iudge the twelue tribes of Israel.

⁵¹ Verely, verely I say vnto you, If a man keepe my word, he shall neuer see death. ⁵² Then said the Iewes to him, Now know we that thou hast a deuill. Abraham is dead, and the Prophets: and thou sayest, If a man keepe my worde, he shall neuer taste of death.

²³ Then went this worde abroade among the brethren, that this disciple shoulde not die. Yet Iesus saide not to him, He shall not die: but if I will that he tarie till I come, what is it to thee?

⁶ When they therefore were come together, they asked of him, saying, Lord, wilt thou at this time restore the kingdome to Israel? ⁷ And hee saide vnto them, It is not for you to know the times, or the seasons, which the Father hath put in his owne power,

⁹ But we see Iesus crowned with glory and honour, which was made litle inferiour to the Angels, through the suffering of death, that by Gods grace he might taste death for all men.
