² and I work you to become a great goyim and I bless you and greaten your name; that you become a blessing: ³ and I bless them who bless you and curse him who abases you: and in you all families of the soil become blessed.

¹⁷ I see him, but not now: I observe him, but not near: a Star treads from Yaaqov and a Scion rises from Yisra El and strikes the edges of Moab and undermines all the sons of Sheth. ¹⁸
ORACLE OF BILAM TO YISRA EL
And Edom becomes a possession, and Seir becomes a possession for his enemies; and Yisra El works valiantly. ¹⁹ From Yaaqov comes he who has dominion and destroys him who survives of the city. ²⁰
ORACLE OF BILAM TO AMALEQ
And he sees Amaleq, and lifts his proverb and says, Amaleq, the first of the goyim; and his finality, eternal destruction. ²¹
ORACLE OF BILAM TO THE QAYINIY
And he sees the Qayiniy and lifts his proverb and says, Perennial, your settlement and your nest, set in a rock: ²² but the Qayiniy is consumed when Ashshur captures you. ²³ And he lifts his proverb and says, Woe, who lives when El sets this? ²⁴ And ships from the hand of Kittim, humble Ashshur and humble Heber: and he also becomes to eternal destruction.

³¹ and in the wilderness, where you saw how Yah Veh your Elohim bore you as a man bears his son, in all the way you go, until you came to this place.

YAH VEH, A MERCIFUL EL for Yah Veh your Elohim is a merciful El; he neither lets you loose nor ruins you, nor forgets the covenant of your fathers which he oathed to them.

THE CURSINGS OF DISOBEDIENCE And so be it, if you hearken not to the voice of Yah Veh your Elohim - to guard to work all his misvoth and his statutes which I misvah you this day, that all these abasements come on you and overtake you: ¹⁶ you, cursed in the city and you, cursed in the field: ¹⁷ cursed, your basket and your doughboard. ¹⁸ cursed, the fruit of your belly and the fruit of your soil; and you prosper not in your ways: and you become only oppressed and stripped all days and no man saves you. ³⁰ You betroth a woman and another man rapes her; you build a house and you settle not therein; you plant a vineyard and pluck not thereof: ³¹ your ox, slaughtered in front of your eyes and you not eat thereof; your he burro, stripped at your face - never to return to you; your flocks, given to your enemies and no one saves them: ³² your sons and your daughters, given to another people; for the locust consumes it: ³⁹ you plant vineyards and serve them, but neither drink the wine nor gather the grapes; for the maggots eat them: ⁴⁰ you have olives throughout all your borders, but you anoint not with the oil; for your olive slips: ⁴¹ you birth sons and daughters but enjoy them not; for they go to captivity: ⁴² all your trees and fruit of your soil the locust possesses. ⁴³ The sojourner in your midst ascends upward and upward; whom Yah Veh your Elohim gives you in the siege and in the distress, wherewith your enemies distress you: ⁵⁴ so that the man among you - tender and mighty delicate, his eye becomes evil toward his brother and toward the woman of his bosom and toward the remnant of his sons who remain: ⁵⁵ so that he gives not one of them of the flesh of his sons whom he eats: because he has none to survive him in the siege and in the distress, wherewith your enemies distress you in all your portals. ⁵⁶ The tender and delicate among you, who tests not to set the sole of her foot on the earth because of delicateness and tenderness, her eye becomes evil toward the man of her bosom and toward her son and toward her daughter ⁵⁷ and toward her fetus coming from between her feet and toward the sons she births: for she eats them covertly for lack of all in the siege and distress, wherewith your enemies distress you in your portals. ⁵⁸ If you guard not to work all the words of this torah inscribed in this scroll, to awe this honored and awesome name, YAH VEH YOUR ELOHIM; ⁵⁹ then Yah Veh makes your strokes marvelous and the strokes of your seed, great strokes and trustworthy; and evil sicknesses, trustworthy: ⁶⁰ and he restores on you all the diseases of Misrayim you feared at their face; and they adhere to you: ⁶¹ also every sickness and every stroke not inscribed in the scroll of this torah, Yah Veh ascends them on you until you desolate: ⁶² and you survive, few men in number, whereas you were as the stars of the heavens for abundance; all because you hear not the voice of Yah Veh your Elohim. ⁶³ And so be it, as Yah Veh rejoiced over you to well-please you and to abound you; thus Yah Veh rejoices over you to destroy you and to desolate you; and uproot you from the soil you go to possess: ⁶⁴ and Yah Veh scatters you among all people from the end of the earth to the end of the earth; and there you serve other elohim which neither you nor your fathers know - timber and stone. ⁶⁵ And among these goyim you neither blink nor rest the sole of your foot: and there Yah Veh gives you a quivering heart and failing of eyes and sorrow of soul: ⁶⁶ and suspends your life in front of you; and you fear day and night and trust not in your life: ⁶⁷ in the morning you say, O to give that it become evening! and at evening you say, O to give that it become morning! - for the fear of your heart that you fear and for the vision of your eyes that you see. ⁶⁸ And Yah Veh returns you to Misrayim with ships by the way I said to you, You see it never again: and there you sell yourselves to your enemies for servants and maids - and no man chattels you.

⁷ Remember the days eternal, discern the years - generation to generation: ask your father and he tells you; your elders and they say.

¹¹ As an eagle waking her nest, fluttering over her younglings, spreading her wings, takes them, bears them on her pinions: ¹² thus Yah Veh alone leads him and there is no strange el with him.

⁷ Who gives the salvation of Yisra El from Siyon? When Yah Veh returns the captivity of his people. Twirl, O Yaaqov! Cheer, O Yisra El!

Howl and cry! Who is that Elah who liberates you from my hands?

³⁵ and all who whirl on the earth are machinated as nought: and he does as he wills among the valiant of the heavens and they who whirl on the earth: and no one can strike his hand, or say to him, What serve you?

⁶ we hearkened not to your servants the prophets, who worded in your name to our sovereigns, our governors and our fathers and to all the people of the land. ⁷ O Adonay, justness to you; and shame of faces to us, as this day; to the men of Yah Hudah and to the settlers of Yeru Shalem and to all Yisra El, near and far, through all the lands you drove them, because of the treason they treasoned against you. ⁸ Adonay, shame of face to us - to our sovereigns, to our governors and to our fathers, because we sinned against you. ⁹ To Adonay our Elohim, mercies and forgivenesses though we rebelled against him; ¹⁰ we hearkened not to the voice of Yah Veh our Elohim - to walk in the torah he gave at our face by the hand of his servants the prophets. ¹¹ Yes, all Yisra El trespassed your torah, even by turning aside to not hearken to your voice; so the oath pours on us - the oath inscribed in the torah of Mosheh the servant of Elohim, because we sinned against him. ¹² And he raises the words he worded against us and against our judges who judge us, by bringing a great evil on us - as never worked under the whole heavens as he works on Yeru Shalem: ¹³ as inscribed in the torah of Mosheh, all this evil comes on us: yet we stroke not the face of Yah Veh our Elohim to turn from our perversities and comprehend your truth: ¹⁴ and Yah Veh watches on the evil, and brings it on us: for Yah Veh our Elohim is just in all the works he works: for we hearken not to his voice. ¹⁵ And now, Adonay our Elohim, who brought your people from the land of Misrayim with a strong hand, and worked yourself a name, as this day; we sin; we do wickedly.

⁴ they set sovereigns, but not by me: they set dominators, and I know not: they work idols of their silver and their gold and cut themselves off. ⁵ Cast your calf, O Shomeron; my wrath kindles against them: how long ere they are capable of innocency? ⁶ For even of Yisra El: the engraver works it; and it is not of Elohim: for the calf of Shomeron shatters.

⁵ the fellow tabernaclers of Shomeron sojourn because of the heifers of Beth Aven: for the people mourn over it; and the ascetics twirl on it: for the honor is exiled from it: ⁶ also it is borne to Ashshur as an offering to sovereign Yareb to plead: Ephrayim shames and Yisra El shames of his own counsel.

¹⁷ Thus you know I - Yah Veh your Elohim tabernacling in Siyon, my holy mountain: then Yeru Shalem becomes holy, and strangers pass through her no more.

⁵ and the mariners awe and every man cries to his elohim; and cast the instruments in the ship into the sea to lighten it by them: and Yonah descends into the flanks of the ship; and he lies down and sleeps soundly:

¹⁴ And they call out to Yah Veh, and say, We beseech you, O Yah Veh, we beseech you, that we not destruct for the soul of this man, and give not innocent blood on us: for you, O Yah Veh, work as it delights you. ¹⁵ So they lift Yonah, and cast him into the sea and the sea stands from her raging: ¹⁶ and the men awe an awe to Yah Veh and sacrifice a sacrifice and vow vows to Yah Veh:

¹¹ And they refuse to hearken; and give a revolting shoulder and heavy their ears that they hear not. ¹² Yes, they set their hearts as a brier lest they hear the torah and the words Yah Veh Sabaoth sends his spirit by the hand of the former prophets: and so be it, a great rage from Yah Veh Sabaoth.

¹⁶ For Yah Veh Elohim of Yisra El says that he hates sending away: for one covers violence with his robe, says Yah Veh Sabaoth: guard your spirit, that you not deal covertly.

⁶ For I - Yah Veh; I change not: so you sons of Yaaqov are not finished off.

¹³ Your words prevail against me, says Yah Veh. Yet you say, What word we against you? ¹⁴ You say, It is vain to serve Elohim! and, What greedy gain is it to guard his guard, and to walk darkly at the face of Yah Veh Sabaoth? ¹⁵ And now we call the arrogant, blithesome; yes, those working wickedness are built up; yes, they proof Elohim, and escape.

¹⁷ And he comes to himself, and says, How many hirelings of my father have super abundant bread, and I destruct with famine!

¹⁰ and all mine are yours, and yours are mine; and I am glorified in them.

²³ And so be it, every soul who hears not that prophet, is utterly destroyed from the people.

²⁹ So, being of the genos of Elohim, we are indebted to not presume that the likeness of Elohim is likened to gold or silver or stone etched by human techniques and deliberations.

¹⁷ For therein is the justness of Elohim unveiled from trust to trust: exactly as scribed, The just live by trust. ^{Habakkuk 2:4}

JUSTNESS THROUGH TRUST
But now the justness of Elohim manifests apart from the torah, being witnessed by the torah and the prophets; ²² even the justness of Elohim through trust of Yah Shua Messiah to all and on all who trust - for there is no distinction: ²³ for all have sinned and failed the glory of Elohim; ²⁴ being justified gratuitously by his charism through the redemption in Messiah Yah Shua: ²⁵ whom Elohim predetermined to be a kapporeth/an atonement through trust in his blood, to indicate his justness for the passing over of sins that previously transpired, in the tolerance of Elohim; ²⁶ to indicate in this present season to his justness: for his being just and justifies them who trust in Yah Shua.

³ For, unknowing of the justness of Elohim and seeking to set their own justness, subjugate themselves not to the justness of Elohim. ⁴ For Messiah is the completion/shalom of the torah to justness to everyone who trusts. ⁵ For Mosheh scribes of the justness of the torah, That the human doing them, lives in them. ^{Leviticus 18:5 6} And the justness of trust words thus, Say not in your heart, Who ascends to the heavens? - that is, to bring Messiah: ⁷ or, Who descends to the abyss? that is, to bring Messiah from the dead. ⁸ But what words it? The rhema is near you - in your mouth and in your heart: that is, the rhema of trust, that we preach; ^{Deuteronomy 30:12-14 9} so that whenever you profess Adonay Yah Shua in your mouth and trust in your heart that Elohim raised him from the dead, you become saved. ¹⁰ For with the heart, trust is to justness; and with the mouth, profession is to salvation. ¹¹ For the scripture words, Whoever trusts on him shames not. ^{Isaiah 29:16, 49:23 12} For there is no distinction - Yah Hudiy and Hellene: for the same Adonay over all is rich to all who call upon him. ¹³ For whoever calls upon the name of Yah Veh becomes saved. ^{Joel 2:32 14} So then, how call they on him in whom they trust not? And how trust they in him whom they heard not? And how hear they apart from a preacher? ¹⁵ And how preach they unless they are apostolized? Exactly as scribed, How beautiful their feet who evangelize shalom and evangelize good! ^{Isaiah 52:7, Nahum 1:15}

²⁹ For the charismata and calling of Elohim are irrevocable.

³³ O the depth of the riches of both the wisdom and knowledge of Elohim! How unexplorable his judgments and his ways untraceable! ³⁴ For who knows the Spirit of Yah Veh? Or who is his counselor?

²⁰ Brothers, be not children in thought: rather be babies in malice and completed/shalamed in thought.

who is the icon of the invisible Elohim, the firstborn of all creation:

¹⁰ whenever he comes to be glorified in his holy and to be marvelled in all who trust - because you trust our witness among you in that day:

¹² that the name of our Adonay Yah Shua Messiah be glorified in you - and you in him, according to the charism of our Elohim and Adonay Yah Shua Messiah.

³ who being the effulgence of glory and the character of his essence and bearing all by the rhema of his dynamis, when he, through himself, made a purifying of our sins, sat down at the right of the Majesty on high:

¹² and as a mantle you coil them and they change: and you are the same and your years fail not. ^{Psalm 102:25-27}

¹⁷ Wherein Elohim willed more superabundantly to show the heirs of pre-evangelism the immutability of his counsel, he confirmed it by an oath:

³⁷ For yet a little while - as much as - as long as and he who comes, comes and takes not his time.

¹⁷ because you word, Because I am rich and enriched and need naught! - and know not that you are miserable and least mercied and poor and blind and naked: ¹⁸ I counsel you to market of me gold fired by the fire to enrich you: and white garments to array you so that you not manifest the shame of your nakedness: and anoint your eyes with poultice so that you see.
