¹³ The blessing of the one perishing came on me, And I caused the heart of the widow to jubilate.

¹¹ You will rejoice before Yahweh your Elohim, you, your son and your daughter, your servant and your maidservant, the Levite who is within your gates, the sojourner, the orphan and the widow who are among you, in the place where Yahweh your Elohim shall choose to tabernacle His name.

¹³ You shall restore, yea restore to him the pawn when the sun sets, that he may lie down in his restored garment, and he will bless you, and it shall become for you an act of righteousness before Yahweh your Elohim.

⁵ And you will respond and say before Yahweh your Elohim:My father was a lost Aramean, and he went down to Egypt, sojourned there with few adult males and became there a nation, great, substantial and numerous.

¹⁰ And he said to them, `Go, eat fat things, and drink sweet things, and sent portions to him for whom nothing is prepared, for to-day [is] holy to our Lord, and be not grieved, for the joy of Yahweh is your strength.. <sup>11</sup> And the Levites are keeping all the people silent, saying, `Be silent, for to-day [is] holy, and be not grieved.. ¹² And all the people go to eat, and to drink, and to send portions, and to make great joy, because they have understood concerning the words that they made known to them.

⁹ Widows you have sent away empty, And the arms of orphans you have crushed.

¹⁹ If I have seen anyone perishing from lack of clothing, And there was no covering for the needy, ²⁰ If his loins did not bless me, Since he was warmed with the fleece of my lambs,

⁴ May the national groups rejoice and be jubilant, For You shall judge the peoples with equity, And You shall guide the national groups in the earth. {Interlude{ "

⁶ Give intoxicant to him who is perishing, And wine to those bitter of soul." ⁷ Let him drink and forget his destitution, And let him remember his misery no further." ⁸ Open your mouth for the mute, For the adjudication of all the sons of insecurity;" ⁹ Open your mouth; judge righteously; And adjudicate the humble and needy one.

¹³ And it comes, in that day, blown shall be a great trumpet, and those perishing in the land of Assyria will come, and those expelled in the land of Egypt, and worship Yahweh in the holy mount in Jerusalem."

¹⁴ Behold! My servants shall jubilate from a good heart, yet you shall cry from pain of heart, and from breaking of spirit shall you howl."

³⁹ Now Peter, rising, came together with them, whom, coming along, they led up into the upper chamber. And beside him stand all the widows, lamenting and exhibiting tunics and garments, whatever Dorcas made while she was with them." ⁴⁰ Now Peter, ejecting them all outside and kneeling, prays. And turning about to the body, he said, "Tabitha, rise!Now she opens her eyes, and perceiving Peter, sits up." ⁴¹ Now giving her a hand, he raises her. Now summoning the saints and the widows, he presents her alive."

¹² for the dispensation of this ministry not only is replenishing the wants of the saints, but is superabounding also through much thanksgiving, to God, ¹³ through the testedness of this dispensation, glorifying God at the subjection of your avowal to the evangel of Christ, and in the generosity of the contribution for them and for all, ¹⁴ and in their petition for you, longing to be acquainted with you, because of the transcendent grace of God on you."

¹⁶ May the Lord grant mercy to the household of Onesiphorus, for he often refreshes me and was not ashamed of my chain, ¹⁷ but, coming to be in Rome, he seeks me diligently and found me." ¹⁸ May the Lord grant to him to be finding mercy from the Lord in that day! And how much he serves in Ephesus you know quite well.

⁷ For much joy have I had and consolation in your love, seeing that the compassions of the saints are soothed through you, brother."
