¹ And the youth Samuel is serving Yahweh before Eli, and the word of Yahweh has been precious in those days--there is no vision broken forth.

¹¹ And Elkanah goes to Ramath, unto his house, and the youth has been serving Yahweh, [in] the presence of Eli the priest;"

¹⁸ And Samuel is ministering [in] the presence of Yahweh, a youth girt [with] an ephod of linen;"

¹⁵ And Samuel lies till the morning, and opens the doors of the house of Yahweh, and Samuel is afraid of declaring the vision unto Eli.

²¹ And Yahweh adds to appear in Shiloh, for Yahweh has been revealed unto Samuel, in Shiloh, by the word of Yahweh.

⁹ Our signs we cannot see; There is no prophet any more, And not one of us is knowing what is still ahead."

¹² More precious am I making the remaining mortal than glittering gold. And a human than certified African gold.

¹¹ Behold! the days are coming (averring is my Lord Yahweh), that I will send a famine into the land, not a famine for bread, nor a thirsting for water, but rather for hearing the word of Yahweh." ¹² And they rove from sea unto sea, and from the north unto the sunrise; they will go to and fro to seek the word of Yahweh and will not find it."
