¹⁷ And when I saw him, I fell at his feet as dead; and he laid his right hand upon me, saying: Fear not, I am the First and the Last,

This is the first resurrection. ⁶ Blessed and holy is he that has part in the first resurrection; over such the second death has no power: but they shall be priests of God and of the Christ, and shall reign with him a thousand years.

³ And there shall be no more curse; and the throne of God and of the Lamb shall be in it: and his servants shall serve him. ⁴ And they shall see his face, and his name shall be in their foreheads. ⁵ And there shall be no more night; and they have no need of the lamp, nor of the light of the sun: for the Lord God will give them light: and they shall reign from age to age.
