¹⁴ For he is our peace, who has made both parties one, and broken down the partition wall that separated us, ¹⁵ having abolished, in his flesh, the cause of enmity, the law of commandments in ordinances, that he might, by himself, form the two into one new man, thus making peace; ¹⁶ and that he might reconcile both, in one body, to God, through the cross, having by it put to death the cause of enmity; ¹⁷ and having come, he preached peace to you who were far off, and to those who were near: ¹⁸ for, through him, we both have access in one Spirit to the Father.

⁸ to me, who am by far the least of all the saints, has this grace been given, that I might preach among the Gentiles the unsearchable riches of the Christ,

¹⁰ to the end that the manifold wisdom of God might now be made known, through the church, to the principalities and authorities in the heavenly regions,

²⁰ Now to him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think according to his power which works in us, ²¹ to him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus, through out all the generations of the age of ages. Amen.

²¹ being subject one to another in the fear of God.

¹ Children, obey your parents in the Lord: for this is right. ² Honor your father and your mother, which is the first commandment with a promise,

¹⁰ Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in his mighty power.

²³ I am in a strait between the two, having the desire to depart and be with Christ, which is far better:

⁸ and being found in appearance as a man, he humbled himself by becoming obedient even to death, the death, indeed, of the cross.

¹¹ and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.

¹³ for it is God, who, of his good pleasure, works in you both the will and the power to perform.

⁸ Yes, verily, I also count all things to be loss, for the excellence of the knowledge of Christ Jesus my Lord, on account of whom I have suffered the loss of all things, and do count them to be refuse, that I may gain Christ,

²² All the saints salute you, especially those who are of Caesar's household.

²⁰ and by him to reconcile all things to himself, having made peace by the blood of his cross; by him, I say, whether things on earth or things in heaven.

²³ if you continue in the faith, founded and settled, and be not moved away from the hope of the gospel that you have heard, which has been preached to every creature under heaven, of which I, Paul, have been made a minister.

² that their hearts may be comforted, they being firmly united in love in order to gain all the riches of the full assurance of understanding, that they may acknowledge the mystery of God, even the Father, and of Christ, ³ in whom are stored up all the treasures of wisdom and of knowledge.

⁶ As, therefore, you received Christ Jesus our Lord, so walk in him,

¹⁶ Now may our Lord Jesus Christ himself, and God, even our Father, who has loved us, and given us eternal consolation and good hope through grace,

¹⁶ And confessedly great is the mystery of godliness: God was manifest in flesh, justified in spirit, seen by angels, preached among the Gentiles, believed on in the world, received up in glory.

⁵ But she that is a widow indeed, and left alone, trusts in God, and continues in supplications and prayers night and day.

⁹ who has saved us, and called us with a holy calling, not according to our works, but according to his own purpose and grace, which was given us in Christ Jesus be fore the times of the ages, ¹⁰ but is now made manifest by the appearing of our Savior Jesus Christ, who has deprived death of its power, and brought life and incorruptibility to light through the gospel;

¹ Do you, therefore, my son, be strong in the grace that is in Christ Jesus;

¹⁰ not stealing, but showing all good faithfulness, that they may adorn the teaching of God our Savior in all things. ¹¹ For the grace of God, which brings salvation to all men, has appeared, ¹² teaching us, that denying ungodliness and worldly desires, we should live soberly and righteously and godly in the present age; ¹³ looking for the blessed hope, and the glorious appearing of our great God and Savior Jesus Christ, ¹⁴ who gave himself for us, that he might redeem us from all iniquity, and purify for himself a peculiar people, zealous of good works.

⁴ But when the kindness and philanthropy of God our Savior appeared, he saved us, ⁵ not by works of righteousness which we had done, but according to his own mercy, by the washing of regeneration, and renewing of the Holy Spirit, ⁶ which he poured out on us richly, through Jesus Christ our Savior; ⁷ that, being justified by his grace, we might become heirs according to the hope of eternal life.

⁸ But to the Son: Thy throne, God, is from age to age: a scepter of rectitude is the scepter of thy kingdom. ⁹ Thou hast loved righteousness, and hated iniquity; therefore, God, thy God, has anointed thee with the oil of gladness above thy fellows.

¹⁴ Are they not all ministering spirits, sent forth to minister to those who shall inherit salvation?

¹ For this Melchisedec, king of Salem, priest of the most high God, who met Abraham returning from the slaughter of the kings, and blessed him,

⁷ And, without any contradiction, the less is blessed by the better.

⁵ By faith Enoch was translated that he should not see death, and was not found, because God had translated him: for before his translation he had the testimony that he pleased God.

¹ Wherefore, since we also have so great a cloud of witnesses lying round about us, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin that so easily besets us, and let us run with patience the race that lies before us, ² looking to Jesus the author and finisher of the faith, who, for the joy that was set before him, endured the cross, despising the shame, and has taken his seat at the right hand of the throne of God. ³ For consider him that endured such opposition of sinners against himself, lest you become weary and despondent in your minds.

²¹ and so terrible was the sight, that even Moses said, I exceedingly fear and tremble.

²⁰ Now may the God of peace, who brought again from the dead our Lord Jesus Christ, the great Shepherd of the sheep, through the blood of the eternal covenant, ²¹ perfect you in every good work, in order that you may do his will, working in you that which is acceptable in his sight, through Jesus Christ, to whom be glory from age to age. Amen.

¹² to whom it was revealed, that, not for themselves, but for us, they ministered the things that are now preached to you by those who have made known to you the gospel, through the Holy Spirit sent down from heaven; into which things angels desire to look.

⁷ To you, then, who believe, is this preciousness: but the stone which the builders rejected, has become the head of the corner, ⁸ and a stone of stumbling, and a rock of offense to the disobedient, who stumble at the word because they are disobedient, to which stumbling they were also appointed.

²¹ To this, indeed, you have been called; because even Christ suffered for us, leaving you an example, that you should follow his footsteps.

²² who has gone into heaven, and is at the right hand of God, angels and authorities and powers having become subject to him.

¹⁴ If you are reproached on account of Christ, happy are you: for the glorious Spirit of God rests upon you. On their part he is reviled, but on your part he is glorified:

²¹ for the prophecy came not at any time by the will of man, but holy men of God spoke as they were moved by the Holy Spirit.

¹⁹ They went out from us, but they were not of us: for, if they had been of us, they would have remained with us; but they went out, that they might be made manifest that they were not all of us.

⁹ In this the love of God was manifested toward us, that God sent his only-begotten Son into the world, that we might live through him. ¹⁰ In this is love; not that we loved God, but that he loved us, and sent his Son to be the expiation for our sins.

¹⁴ And we have seen, and we do testify, that the Father sent the Son to be the Savior of the. world.

¹ Whoever believes that Jesus is the Christ, has been be gotten of God: and every one that loves him that begot, loves him also that is begotten of him.

¹⁰ I was in spirit on the Lord's day, and I heard behind me a great voice like that of a trumpet,

¹⁷ And when I saw him, I fell at his feet as dead; and he laid his right hand upon me, saying: Fear not, I am the First and the Last, ¹⁸ and I am he that lives; and I was dead, and be hold, I am alive from age to age: and I have the keys of hades and of death.

¹² Him that overcomes, I will make a pillar in the temple of my God, and he shall go out no more; and I will write upon him the name of my God, and the name of the city of my God, the new Jerusalem, which comes down out of heaven from my God, and I will write upon him my new name.

¹¹ And I saw, and I heard the voice of many angels round about the throne and the living creatures and the elders; and the number of them was myriads of myriads, and thousands of thousands.

¹³ And every creature that is in heaven, and on the earth, and under the earth, and such as are on the sea, even all that are in them, I heard saying: To him that sits on the throne, and to the Lamb, be blessing and honor and glory and strength from age to age.

⁶ of the tribe of Asher, twelve thousand were sealed: of the tribe of Naphtali, twelve thousand were sealed: of the tribe of Manasseh, twelve thousand were sealed:

¹⁵ Therefore, they are before the throne of God, and serve him day and night in his temple; and he that sits on the throne shall dwell among them.

¹ And a great sign appeared in heaven, a woman clothed with the sun; and the moon was under her feet, and on her head was a crown of twelve stars; ² and, being with child, she cried out in travail, and in the pains of delivery. ³ And there appeared another sign in heaven; and behold, a great dragon, fiery-red, that had seven heads, and ten horns: and on his heads seven diadems. ⁴ And his tail drew along the third part of the stars of heaven, and did cast them to the earth. And the dragon stood before the woman who was about to bring forth, that, when she had brought forth, he might devour her child. ⁵ And she brought forth a male child, that was to rule all nations with a rod of iron; and her child was caught away to God, even to his throne.

¹³ And I heard a voice from heaven, saying: Write, Blessed are the dead that die in the Lord from this time. Yes, says the Spirit, that they may rest from their labors, and their works do follow them.

³ And he carried me away in spirit into the wilderness; and I saw a woman sitting on a scarlet beast, that was full of impious names, and that had seven heads and ten horns.

¹ And after these things I saw another angel come down from heaven, having great power; and the earth was lighted with his glory.

¹¹ And I saw a great white throne, and him that sat upon it, from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away; and no place was found for them.

²³ And the city had no need of the sun, nor of the moon, to shine in it: for the glory of God gave it light, and the lamp of it is the Lamb.
