9 And when Balak, son of Sepphor, king of Moab, arose and drew up in array against Israel, and sent for Balaam to curse us,
10 the Lord thy God would not destroy thee, nay he caused him to bless us with blessings, and rescued us out of their hands, and delivered them up.
