28 crying out, Men of Israel help; This is the man who is continually teaching all men every where against the people and the law and this very place; and moreover he hath brought Greeks into the temple and defiled this holy place.
29 [For they had before seen Trophimus, the Ephesian, in the city with him, and imagined that Paul had brought him into the temple.]
30 Upon this the whole city was moved, and there was a concourse of the people; and laying hold on Paul they dragged him out of the temple, and immediately the gates were shut.
