The disciples were filled with joy on seeing the Master. ²¹ He said to them again, "Peace be with you. As the Father sent me forth so I am sending you." ²² When he had said this, he breathed on them and said, "Receive the Holy Spirit. ²³ If you forgive the sins of any, they are forgiven. If you retain the sins of any, they are retained."
