RKJNT(i)
But I rejoice in the Lord greatly, that now at last you have revived your care for me; indeed, you did care, but you lacked opportunity.
Not that I speak from want: for I have learned, in whatever state I am, to be content.
I know how to be abased, and I know how to abound: in all circumstances I have learned how to be full and to be hungry, both to abound and to suffer need.
I can do all things through him who strengthens me.
Nevertheless, you have done well to share in my affliction.
Now you Philippians also know, that at the beginning of the gospel ministry, when I departed from Macedonia, no church shared with me in giving and receiving, but you alone.
For even in Thessalonica you more than once sent help to provide for my needs.
Not because I desire a gift: but I desire the fruit that increases to your credit.
