Luke 12:22-30 And he said to his disciples, Therefore I say to you, Be not anxious for the life, what ye shall eat; nor for the body, what ye shall put on.

Noyes⁽ⁱ⁾ ²² And he said to his disciples, Therefore I say to you, Be not anxious for the life, what ye shall eat; nor for the body, what ye shall put on. ²³ The life is more than its food, and the body than its raiment. ²⁴ Consider the ravens, that they neither sow nor reap; which have neither storehouse, nor barn; and God feedeth them. Of how much greater value are ye than the birds! ²⁵ And who of you can by anxious thought add a cubit to his life? ²⁶ If then ye cannot do even that which is least, why are ye anxious about the rest? ²⁷ Consider the lilies, that they neither spin nor weave; and yet I say to you, Not even Solomon in all his glory was arrayed like one of these. ²⁸ But if God so clothes the herbage in the field, which is today, and tomorrow is cast into an oven, how much more will he clothe you, O ye of little faith! ²⁹ And seek not ye what ye shall eat, and what ye shall drink; and be not of a doubtful mind. ³⁰ For all these things do the nations of the world seek after; and your Father knoweth that ye have need of these things.
