Romans 2:28-3:2

Moffatt(i) 28 He is no Jew who is merely a Jew outwardly, nor is circumcision something outward in the flesh; 29 he is a Jew who is one inwardly, and circumcision is a matter of the heart, spiritual not literal — praised by God, not by man. 3 1 Then what is the Jew's superiority?
