35 Who will be separating us away from the love of Christ? Shall affliction or distress or persecution or famine or nakedness or peril or sword?
36 Just-as it has been written, ‘Because of you we are slain the whole day. We were counted as sheep of the slaughter.’
37 But we are victorious in all these things through the one who loved us.
38 For I have confidence, that neither death, nor life, nor messengers, nor principalities, nor powers, nor present things, nor future things,
39 nor height, nor depth, nor some other created thing, will be able to separate us away from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.
