LITV⁽ⁱ⁾ ⁶ Take the Levites from among the sons of Israel and cleanse them. ⁷ And thus you will do to them to cleanse them: sprinkle water of sin offering on them. And they shall make a razor pass over all their flesh and wash their garments and cleanse themselves. ⁸ And they shall take a bull, a son of the herd, and its food offering, flour mixed with oil, and a second bull, a son of the herd, you shall take for a sin offering. ⁹ And you shall bring near the Levites before the tabernacle of the congregation. And you shall assemble all the company of the sons of Israel. ¹⁰ And you shall bring the Levites before Jehovah; and the sons of Israel shall lay their hands on the Levites. ¹¹ And Aaron shall wave the Levites as a wave offering before Jehovah, from the sons of Israel, that they may serve at the service of Jehovah. ¹² And the Levites shall lay their hands on the head of the bullocks. And you shall offer the one for a sin offering, and one a burnt offering to Jehovah, to atone for the Levites. ¹³ And you shall cause the Levites to stand before Aaron and before his sons, and shall wave them as a wave offering to Jehovah. ¹⁴ And you shall separate the Levites from the midst of the sons of Israel, and the Levites shall become Mine.
