And it shall be kept for the congregation of the sons of Israel for a water of impurity; it is a purging offering. ¹⁰ And he that gathers the ashes of the heifer shall wash his clothes, and shall be unclean until the evening; and it shall be to the sons of Israel, and to the stranger that lives among them, for a never ending statute.
