Goodspeed⁽ⁱ⁾ ¹ Once as the crowd was pressing about him to hear God's message, he happened to be standing by the Lake of Gennesaret, ² and he saw two boats on the shore of the lake, for the fishermen had gotten out of them and were washing their nets. ³ And he got into one of the boats, which belonged to Simon, and asked him to push out a little from the shore. Then he sat down and taught the crowds of people from the boat.
