10 - such as settle in darkness and in the shadow of death - bound in humiliation and iron:
11 because they rebel against the sayings of El and scorn the counsel of Elyon:
12 he subdues their heart with toil; they stumble and there is no helper.
13 And they cry to Yah Veh in their tribulation and he saves them from their distresses:
14 he brings them from darkness and the shadow of death; and tears their bands.
15 Spread hands to Yah Veh for his mercy and for his marvels to the sons of humanity!
