8 and they call out in the scroll in the torah of Elohim expressly and set the comprehension and have them discern the convocation.
9 And Nechem Yah the governor and Ezra the priest the scribe and the Leviym have the people discern; and say to all the people, This day is holy to Yah Veh your Elohim; neither mourn, nor weep. - for all the people weep when they hear the words of the torah.
