35 he was a burning and a manifest candle: and for an hour you willed to jump for joy in his light:
36 but I have greater witness than Yahn: for the works the Father gave me to complete/shalam - these works I do, they witness concerning me, that the Father apostolized me.
37 And the Father himself, who sent me, witnesses concerning me. You neither heard his voice - not ever, nor saw his semblance:
38 nor have you his word abiding in you: for whom he apostolized, you trust not.
39 Search the scriptures; for in them you think you have eternal life: and these are those that witness concerning me.
