21 Hear this, I beseech, O foolish people, and without heart; having eyes, and seeing not; having ears, and hearing not:
22 Awe you not me? - an oracle of Yah Veh: Writhe you not at my face - who set the sand for the border of the sea by an eternal statute, that it not pass? And though the waves agitate, yet they prevail not? And though they roar, yet they pass not over it?
