15 Thus says Yah Veh: A voice is heard in Ramah - lamentation; weeping of bitterness: Rachel weeping for her sons refuses to sigh for her sons, because they are not.
16 Thus says Yah Veh: Withhold your voice from weeping and your eyes from tears: there is a hire for your deeds - an oracle of Yah Veh and they return from the land of the enemy.
17 And there is hope in your end - an oracle of Yah Veh that your sons return to their own border.
