2 You, neither take a woman nor have sons or daughters in this place:
3 for thus says Yah Veh concerning the sons and concerning the daughters birthed in this place, and concerning their mothers who birth them, and concerning their fathers who birth them in this land:
4 they die deaths of sicknesses; - neither chopped after nor entombed; - as dung on the face of the soil: - finished off by the sword and by famine; and their carcases are meat for the flyers of the heavens and for the animals of the earth.
