And Mordekay inscribes these words - and sends scrolls to all the Yah Hudiym in all the jurisdictions of sovereign Achash Rosh - near and far 21 to raise among them, to work the fourteenth day of the month Adar, and the fifteenth day of the same, year by year, 22 as the days wherein the Yah Hudiym rested from their enemies; and the month which turned them from grief to cheer and from mourning to a good day; to work them days of banqueting and cheer and of sending portions man to friend and gifts to the needy.
