THE HANUKKAH OF THE HOUSE OF YAH VEH
And Shelomoh finishes praying, and the fire descends from the heavens and consumes the holocaust and the sacrifices; and the honor of Yah Veh fills the house: 2 and the priests cannot enter the house of Yah Veh; because the honor of Yah Veh fills the house of Yah Veh. 3 And all the sons of Yisra El see the fire descend and the honor of Yah Veh on the house, and they bow with their nostrils to the earth on the pavement and prostrate and spread hands to Yah Veh, saying, For good; for his mercy eternal. 4 And the sovereign and all the people sacrifice sacrifices at the face of Yah Veh: 5 and sovereign Shelomoh sacrifices sacrifices of twenty-two thousand oxen and a hundred and twenty thousand flocks: and the sovereign and all the people hanukkah the house of Elohim. 6 And the priests stand at their guards: and the Leviym with instruments of the song of Yah Veh, which David the sovereign worked to spread hands to Yah Veh - for his mercy eternal in the halaling of David by their hand; and the priests trumpet trumpets in front of them and all Yisra El stands. 7 And Shelomoh hallows the middle of the court at the face of the house of Yah Veh: for there he works holocausts and the fat of the shelamim, because the copper sacrifice altar Shelomoh worked is not able to contain the holocausts and the offerings and the fat: 8 and at that time, Shelomoh works the celebration seven days with all Yisra El - a mighty great congregation from the entering in of Hamath to the wadi of Misrayim. 9 And on the eighth day, they work a private assembly: for they work the hanukkah of the sacrifice altar seven days; and the celebration seven days: 10 and on the twenty-third day of the seventh month he sends the people to their tents; cheerful and goodly in heart for the goodness Yah Veh worked to David and to Shelomoh and to Yisra El his people. 11 And Shelomoh finishes the house of Yah Veh and the house of the sovereign: and he prospers all who come to the heart of Shelomoh to work in the house of Yah Veh and in his own house. 12
YAH VEH IS SEEN BY SHELOMOH
And Yah Veh is seen by Shelomoh by night and says to him, I hear your prayer and choose this place for myself for a house of sacrifice. 13 If I restrain the heavens to not rain; or if I misvah the locusts to devour the land; or if I send pestilence among my people; 14 if my people, on whom my Name \super * is called, humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their evil ways; then I hear from the heavens and forgive their sin and heal their land. *name: see Yah Hudah in Lexicon 15 Now my eyes open and my ears hearken to the prayer in this place: 16 and now I choose and hallow this house, for my name being there eternally: and my eyes and my heart being there all days. 17 And as for you, if you walk at my face as David your father walked and work according to all I misvah you and guard my statutes and my judgments; 18 then I raise the throne of your sovereigndom according as I cut with David your father, saying, There is not cut off to you a man to reign in Yisra El. 19 And if you turn away and forsake my statutes and my misvoth which I give at your face and go and serve other elohim and worship them; 20 then I uproot them from my soil which I gave them; and this house I hallowed for my name, I cast from my face and give it to be a proverb and a gibe among all the peoples. 21 And this house, being Elyon, all who pass by, desolate and say, Why works Yah Veh thus to this land and to this house? 22 And they say, Because they forsook Yah Veh Elohim of their fathers who brought them from the land of Misrayim; and laid hold on other elohim and prostrated to them and served them: so he brings all this evil on them.
