CLV⁽ⁱ⁾ ² Speak to the sons of Israel, saying, When a soul sins inadvertently, departing from any of Yahweh's instructions of what should not be done, yet does any of them. ³ If the anointed priest should sin so as to bring guilt on the people, then he shall bring near for his sin with which he has sinned a flawless young bull calf of the herd, to Yahweh as a sin offering. ⁴ He will bring the young bull to the opening of the tent of appointment before Yahweh and support his hand on the head of the young bull and slay the young bull before Yahweh.
