As a flockling to slaughter is He fetched, and as a ewe before her shearers is mute, so He is not opening His mouth." ⁸ From restraint and from judgment is He taken, and on His generation, who shall meditate? For He was severed from the land of the living; because of the transgression of My people was He touched by death."
