Exodus 24:2-4 Yet Moses will come close to Yahweh, to Him alone; but they shall not come close, and the people shall not ascent with him.

CLV⁽ⁱ⁾ ² Yet Moses will come close to Yahweh, to Him alone; but they shall not come close, and the people shall not ascent with him. ³ So Moses came and related to the people all the words of Yahweh and all the judgments. Then all the people responded with one voice and said: All the words which Yahweh has spoken we shall do. ⁴ Now Moses wrote all the words of Yahweh. And he rose early in the morning and built an altar below the mountain and twelve stone monuments for the twelve tribes of Israel.
